Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher announce divorce after 13 years of marriage

Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher are calling it quits.

The actors introduced in an Instagram story on Friday that that they had filed for divorce final 12 months after 13 years of marriage.

“After a protracted tennis match lasting over twenty years, we’re lastly placing our racquets down. In 2023, we collectively filed to finish our marriage,” they stated in statements shared on their Instagram accounts on April 5.

Fisher, 48, and Cohen, 52, married on March 15, 2010. They share three kids.

“We’ve all the time prioritized our privateness, and have been quietly working by this transformation,” they added. “We eternally share in our devotion and love for our kids. We sincerely admire your respecting our household’s want for privateness.”

The pair first met in 2001 at a celebration in Sydney, Australia. They received engaged in 2004 and welcomed their first baby in 2007. Following a six-year engagement, they married in a non-public ceremony in March 2010. Two extra kids had been born in 2010 and 2015.

The couple celebrated 20 years collectively in December 2021 with touching tributes to at least one one other on social media.

The information of their cut up comes per week after Insurgent Wilson revealed that the “Borat” star is the actor she refers to as “an enormous a**gap” in her upcoming memoir, “Insurgent Rising.”

Baron Cohen has denied Wilson’s claims.
