Laredo ‘officers’ Myers and Leatherface share Halloween safety tips
LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – The Laredo Police Division obtained into the Halloween spirit, with officers dressed as well-known horror characters, resembling Michael Myers hiding behind a palm tree and Leatherface using a patrol motorbike.
“Issues are beginning to get spooky on the Laredo Police Division! Comfortable Halloween, Laredo! Let’s hold it secure and enjoyable for all,” they posted, reminding residents to remain alert and report something suspicious.
Laredo PD shared these Halloween security suggestions:
- Look ahead to pedestrians – Trick-or-treaters can be on the transfer.
- Keep distraction-free – Put cell telephones away whereas driving.
- Respect college zones – Many youngsters begin early.
- Comply with all alerts – Cease utterly at intersections.
- No consuming and driving – Plan for a secure experience house.
- Drive gradual – Be able to cease if youngsters run into the road.
With their mixture of enjoyable and security, Laredo Police hope Halloween stays spooky and secure for all.
