Girl, 17, in hospital after falling from swing ride at Canada’s Wonderland
A 17-year-old woman is in hospital after she suffered a medical episode and fell from a trip at Canada’s Wonderland on Thursday.
York Regional Police had been referred to as to the amusement park in Vaughan at round 2:30 p.m.
An obligation inspector tells 680News Radio that the teenager woman suffered a medical episode resulting in her falling off a trip. She was taken to a neighborhood hospital in crucial situation.
A spokesperson for Canada’s Wonderland confirmed a visitor fell off Swing of the Century, which was reported by employees.
“An incident investigation is underway. The security of our company and associates is our high precedence,” the assertion learn.
Technical Security and Commonplace Authority (TSSA) officers inspected the trip on the scene and deemed it protected. It’ll stay open on Friday.
