Cleveland Guardians superfan Carolyn Leedy
CLEVELAND — Born in 1934, Carolyn Leedy was destined to be a Cleveland Guardians fan.
Her grandson, Zach Rudy, stated her love of baseball started when she would huddle across the radio along with her brothers and sisters to take heed to video games. In 1942, she made it to the ballpark for the primary time.
“Her and her dad hopped on the Greyhound bus out of Lodi,” Rudy stated. “I believe that’s the place her love for the Tribe actually began.”
From there, she was hooked.
