Canucks send Tucker Poolman, pick to Avs for Erik Brannstrom
The Vancouver Canucks acquired defenseman Erik Brannstrom from the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday, sending defenseman Tucker Poolman and a fourth-round choose within the 2025 NHL draft in change.
