Appeal Court upholds Jacob Hoggard conviction

TORONTO — Jacob Hoggard’s attorneys say the previous Hedley frontman is now serving his sentence after Ontario’s prime courtroom dismissed his attraction of his sexual assault conviction.

The musician’s authorized staff says he surrendered into custody earlier than the ruling was delivered at present.

In an announcement, the attorneys say that whereas they preserve Hoggard’s trial was unfair, they respect the courtroom’s resolution and might be reviewing the judgment to find out their subsequent steps.
