Eminem’s ‘Houdini’ video features Dr. Dre, Shane Gillis, Pete Davidson
Eminem’s new single “Houdini” arrived Friday, and with it a music video that is chock-full of superstar cameos from Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, comedians Shane Gillis and Pete Davidson, and extra.
The music video, just like the music, is a throwback to Eminem’s 2002 hit “With out Me,” the primary single launched off of “The Eminem Present.” The music reprises the “guess who’s again” intro to the music, and the video options Eminem and Dr. Dre returning to their superhero characters from the video.
Watch the “Houdini” video right here (warning, specific lyrics):
“Houdini” is predicated on a playful interpolation of Steve Miller Band’s 1982 hit “Abracadabra” and finds Eminem returning to his celeb-skewering Slim Shady roots. (Megan Thee Stallion and R. Kelly each are talked about.)
“Houdini” is the primary single off of Eminem’s new album, “The Dying of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce),” which is due out this summer season. The only was introduced in a web-based video earlier this week, which featured a FaceTime name between Eminem and illusionist David Blaine.
“The Dying of Slim Shady,” Eminem’s first album since 2020’s “Music to Be Murdered By,” was introduced in April, tied to Eminem’s look on the first night time of the NFL Draft.
